Adam can’t live without Gina, so when he finally gets the nerve to propose, he's devastated by her principled refusal. Adam worries that without the permanence of matrimony, Gina won’t stick around.
Adam holds a charity job as a waiter for URBAN PLOUGH, his brother’s upscale farm-to-table hypefest and is fired when he can’t get Gina to marry him.
He takes a job at JUST CHICKEN, a fried chicken restaurant, where he meets WALT who is running it into the ground.
Walt is a true weirdo sporting a Fu-Manchu mustache and a bright yellow jumpsuit, he’s constantly tormented by his own brother, just like Adam.
The two hit it off and each begin to accidentally inspire each other.
Adam finally gets what he wants when Gina decides to marry, but he’s hardly up to the task. He goes all out to be the person she needs, but inadvertently learns he needs to be true to himself.
